Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting
Customize SAP FI/CO solutions to align with client-specific business processes and global compliance requirements
Ensure alignment of SAP Finance solutions with overall business goals and RTR processes
Digital Compliance & Tax Management: Implement and manage SAP DRC (Digital Compliance Reporting) for statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
Configure and support SAP Tax Management solutions, including indirect tax, VAT/GST, and integration with third-party tax engines
Ensure compliance with global tax regulations and digital reporting mandates
Design and manage integrations between SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD) and external systems (tax engines, reporting tools)
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
Support API-based and middleware integrations for financial and tax processes
Drive best practices for (RTR) Record-to-Report processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial reporting solutions using SAP tools
Assist clients in creating meaningful financial reports and analytics for compliance and performance monitoring
Lead project teams and provide guidance on SAP FI/CO best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree + 9–12 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO implementations
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SAP DRC and Tax Management & strong background in integration design and RTR processes
Proven track record of full lifecycle SAP S/4 implementations
Strong understanding of global tax compliance and digital reporting
Preferred
SAP Certifications preferred
