They are seeking an entry-level Sales, Operations & Data Support Assistant to assist with sales efforts, manage CRM data, and support the sales team with various tasks.

Responsibilities
Use our multifamily data platform to identify projects nationwide and enter project details into our CRM
Research and input key players (developers, architects, designers, GCs) into our CRM system
Make cold calls and arrange meetings
Support the sales team with sample requests, estimates, and proposal prep
Ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and updated regularly
Help manage incoming inquiries and route them to the right salesperson
Provide basic reporting on leads, pipeline, and follow-ups
Assist with general office flow and administrative support
Qualification
Required
Entry-level to 2 years of experience in sales support, research, or administrative roles
Comfortable working with data platforms, CRMs, Microsoft Word and Excel
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Self-starter who can manage tasks independently but also thrives in a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
