Responsibilities

Supervises Facilities and Ground Service team performance and execution against all division and corporate maintenance objectives; this includes maintenance customer (SLA) service level agreement compliance, maintenance cycle time, service level goals / tolerances, planned and preventative maintenance program compliance and operational performance goals

Leads and supports efficient and effective team maintenance operations in a positive, productive and safe work environment

Supervises maintenance productivity, supplies, appropriate resources, and tools as needed, coordinates technical training, manages employee dependability issues, supports team recognition program and supports employee accountability programs in accordance with policy

Lead safe and environmentally compliant maintenance operations and support all safety / OSHA, environmental and training programs compliance

Supports safety mitigation programs and leads investigations that support root cause analysis of accidents, injuries and incidences involving facility areas or team personnel

Identifies the need for change and / or improvement and executes

Maintains proactive communication and positive relations with maintenance team and customer group stakeholders

Manages accurate and effective customer reporting and communication programs while sustaining positive customer service and effectiveness ratings
