SERVICE DESK MANAGER
Archbold Medical Center is a four-hospital health system dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate medical care. They are seeking a Service Desk Manager to oversee daily operations of the IS Service Desk Support and manage procedures related to change control and account access management.

Oversees the daily operations of IS Service Desk Support, helping to prioritize and escalate issues as needed for our team as they support the organization
Manages procedures related to change control, account access management, and the development and oversight for most departmental communications to the organization
Rounds and responds to customer surveys less than 100%
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Business, Health Information Management, or a related health care field OR equivalent work experience
Requires minimum 5 years experience in Information Services or equivalent experience in a related field
