Vice President of Business Development

DigitBridge is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives and accelerate revenue through established industry relationships. This role involves leveraging an existing network to generate new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth for the company.

Responsibilities

Leverage an established network of industry relationships to generate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and enterprise customers
Own and execute business development strategy, including outbound initiatives, partnerships, and high-value deal sourcing
Identify, pursue, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with brands, partners, and technology platforms
Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to close strategic deals
Develop business plans and growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
Act as a senior ambassador for DigitBridge within the consumer goods and SaaS ecosystem
Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align messaging, positioning, and deal structure
Track, forecast, and report on pipeline, deal progress, and strategic initiatives

Required

15+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
Established relationships and proven credibility within the consumer goods, enterprise SaaS, ERP, commerce, or adjacent technology ecosystem
Proven expertise in new business development and business planning within the SaaS industry
Strong experience in contract negotiation and complex, enterprise sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to source, influence, and close high-value deals
Experience working with or selling into consumer goods companies, brands, wholesalers, or supply-chain-driven businesses
Proven success running outbound email campaigns that drive pipeline
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
Willingness and ability to work in person in Monrovia, CA

Preferred

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships
Prior experience at high-growth SaaS companies
Background in digital commerce operations, enterprise technology platforms, startups, or high-growth SaaS companies
