Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program Analyst
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is the backbone of California’s health care safety net. They are seeking a Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program Analyst responsible for developing and administering tasks related to the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program and the Behavioral Health Infrastructure Bond Act.

Responsibilities
Developing, operationalize, and administering tasks related to BHCIP and BHIBA
Implementation, administration, oversight, and evaluation of the BHCIP and BHIBA
Performance oversight and monitoring of contractors and grant-funded programs to determine compliance with project, contract, plan, and agreement requirements, terms, conditions, and services
Generating policies and procedures
Providing technical assistance, training and administrative support, as needed

Travel required 25% of the time
Position may require overnight travel for up to 4 consecutive nights to meet training requirements
