They are seeking a Senior Program Management Support role to assist in various program management activities, including planning, organizing, and conducting assessments of program/project management concepts.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations which include, but are not limited to, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), studies, status briefings and PEO reviews

Assist with configuration control of electronic checklists through the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) to monitor/evaluate the directorate self-assessment programs and unit effectiveness inspection activities

Provide expertise in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle, including pre-acquisition definition, requirements integration, program management principles, and compliance with Department of War (DoW) and Air Force regulations and guidelines

Assist in organizational data collection, evaluation, data management actions associated with monitoring the directorate’s officer performance report, Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) and military feedback programs

Assist with the procurement of systems, subsystems, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines

Conduct program analysis, gather data, and develop recommendations to support informed decision-making

Utilize Navy/NAVAIR management tools, included but not limited to PMRT, CDRLs, e-Power, Team Connect and SharePoint

Plan, facilitate, and support meetings and offsites, including developing agendas and materials, recording action items, and ensuring room setup and security

Support the generation, maintenance, and effective use of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Recommend solutions related to organizational structures, manpower requirements, utilization, and control

Support leadership with all ad hoc actions

Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD

OR bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
