Qualification
Required
Full bilingual English and Spanish
Proven experience in sales, team management, and business development, particularly within the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of Medicare products, compliance, and insurance market dynamics
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in training and mentoring agents to drive performance and achieve targets
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work onsite with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience working with FMOs or a similar agency structure is a plus
