Responsibilities

Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles

Prepare vehicles for delivery, showroom display, and customer pickup

Wash, vacuum, shampoo, wax, polish, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors

Perform paint correction and buffing as needed to dealership standards

Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns prior to detailing

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized detailing area

Follow all dealership safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines

Work closely with service and sales departments to meet vehicle readiness deadlines

Qualification

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience

Strong knowledge of interior and exterior detailing techniques

Experience with paint correction, polishing, and machine buffers

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Preferred

Experience detailing new and pre-owned vehicles in a dealership or high-volume environment
