Identifying customer pain points
Closing business
Prioritizing your book of business
Cold-calling businesses
Leveraging strategic messaging to build pain and value to convert to closed won opportunities

Required

Experience handling both inbound and outbound leads
Experience leveraging prospecting tools to build pipeline and connecting to prospects
Competitive nature that strives to win
Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills
2+ years of sales experience at a tech company preferred
History of quota attainment and/or sales awards. Ex: President's Club 2024
Experience making 50+ calls per day

Preferred

Proven track record of being in the top 10% - 20% of your past company
Outbound lead sourcing experience (70% to 80% self generated pipeline)
Experience with best in class tools such as: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Tableau
Cross-collaborative environment experience with both Sales and Implementation/Success teams
Experience working with AC small business owners
Experience working with CFOs, Corporate Controllers, and VPs of Finance - or similar professional suite
Experience in B2B and SaaS sales
