Integrate enterprise applications, databases, and cloud environments for efficient data movement

Enforce data governance for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance

Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, error handling, and system resilience

Oversee change management for ETL deployments and version control

Lead and mentor ETL engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
