Responsibilities

Own real data-migration projects: clean, transform, and load large datasets from legacy systems into modern platforms

Build and deploy custom forms, automated workflows, and dashboards

Develop internal tools and API integrations that remove manual work for the entire company

Collaborate directly with stakeholders, ship solutions, and add legit projects to your portfolio/resume

Choose your flavor: go deep on coding/automation (CS track) or process design + analytics (MIS track)

Required

Must be pursuing a business or business-related degree at a 2 or 4 year college

Experience working independently and on a team

Experience learning business software and using software to accomplish projects

Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position
