New Grad, Entry LevelThe Brick is a company focused on customer service and is looking to expand its distribution team. The Returns Representative will be responsible for processing merchandise returns, ensuring items are in salable condition, and identifying any damages or discrepancies during the return process.
Retail
Responsibilities
Flow as-is and dropped items merchandise from Distribution Centre to the retail locations ensuring the merchandise is in salable condition
Physically process, RF scan, put away and pick merchandise with a use of a forklift, order picker or pallet truck
Review product returns to identify proper disposition based on established guidelines
Identify and report damages, shortages or overages on trucks unloaded
Ensure damaged product related to Common Carriers and Brick Fleet is identified and segregated for review by Fleet management
Qualification
Required

Proficient knowledge of WMS systems and procedures; Retail system
Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends, as required
