Responsibilities

Conduct continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability of machining processes

CNC programming for all horizontal (HMC) and vertical (VMC) machining

Cutting tool specification and continuous process improvement to reduce cycle time and increase tool life

CMM programming and program management

Gauge design and specification

Machining fixture design

Data collection and analysis

Mechanical design, Electrical and Robot knowledge

PLC programming, Pneumatic systems, Fluid systems knowledge

Experience with presses and fasteners

Error proofing concepts and production processes

Project management

Required
