Business Analyst, Supply Chain Ops - Plan and Buy

Responsibilities

Conduct process analysis and mapping using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
Create detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation for current and future-state processes
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize product configurations
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and support ERP configuration aligned with SAP S/4HANA
Analyze and improve procurement workflows including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Source-to-Pay, and Supplier Collaboration
Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Partner with SAP solution architects to ensure alignment with best practices and scalable solutions
Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of new ERP processes
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
Prepare and present status reports to project stakeholders and senior management

Required

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects
Functional experience in Supply Chain Operations – Forecast to Plan and Procure-to-Pay
Strong expertise in process mapping and documentation using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba/Business Network, and SAP IBP
Knowledge of BPM methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus
Experience with procurement KPIs, supplier performance management, and compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies
Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
