Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate various culinary projects, ensuring they run smoothly from initiation to completion

Lead the testing and development of new recipes, collaborating with the culinary team to refine processes and improve results

Work closely with product developers and chefs to create and test heating/cooking instructions for new food products

Organize and manage tastings, including setup and breakdown, to gather valuable feedback on recipes and products

Maintain detailed records of tests, results, and feedback, ensuring all information is accurately documented and accessible

Required

Proven experience managing projects, especially in a culinary or food-related setting, with an ability to work under tight deadlines

A strong background in food preparation, recipe development, and cooking techniques to effectively oversee recipe testing and development

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including chefs, product developers, and external vendors

High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting testing results and ensuring accuracy in cooking instructions and recipe specifications

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
