Provide legal support across a wide range of corporate, litigation, and operational matters
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house experience or a combination of law firm and in-house work
Broad in-house generalist skill set
Strong judgment and ability to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice in a regulated environment
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in Tennessee (or eligible for in-house exemption)
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Experience with litigation management and/or labor and employment matters is a plus
