Senior Accounts Receivable (Required: English & Chinese)

The Senior Accounts Receivable role involves managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and collaborating with departments to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account balances
Recommend and implement improvements to AR processes and internal controls
Prepare AR reports, projections, and analyses to support management decision-making
Handle administrative tasks related to AR, including data entry, sending payment reminders, filing documentation, and communicating with clients regarding account issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable
Proven experience managing AR processes in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent data entry and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Proficiency in accounting software; experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
