Responsibilities

Provides guidance for front line leaders on coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application

Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership, maintaining open communication to execute programs, services, and solutions for achieving business objectives

Leads the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives at a regional or divisional level, translating local business requirements into human resources goals and actions aligned with strategic initiatives

Manages workforce planning by partnering with line managers to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy

Consults with human resources shared services to drive talent acquisition strategies, supports departmental labor demand models, and designs new hire experience, onboarding, and orientation
