Responsibilities
Process member deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
Assist members with account inquiries, balance information, and account maintenance
Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs
Maintain a neat and organized work area
Adhere to all security and compliance procedures to protect our members' financial assets
Collaboration is at the heart of our credit union; you will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a supportive and cohesive work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to confidentiality and compliance with all credit union policies
Preferred
Prior experience in a financial institution or customer service role is preferred
Experienced in cash handling (Preferably, but this is not a deal breaker for us; we can teach you!)
