They are seeking an ISP Onboarding Coordinator responsible for managing the onboarding workflow for Independent Service Providers and ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities
Initiate and monitor the completion of all ISP employment background checks and drug screens
Initiate and monitor onboarding progress of drivers and helpers tied to new ISPs
Validate compliance with state and federal filings through Secretary of State and FMCSA
Collect credentials and business documents for new hire ISPs
Identify resolution to issues and take actions as-well able to work in a fast-paced environment
Complete weekly updates to notify field of progress in high need markets
Assist onboarding coordinators with drivers and helpers in peak season
Maintain up to date knowledge of client requirements for hires
Document new hires daily on FFM class list
Communicate consistently with recruiters and the field to ensure needs are being met
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desire for a long-term career with an industry leading company
Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
Must be proficient with recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., and other web application tools
The ideal candidate will possess a 'can do' attitude with a 'will do' work ethic
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume sales environment
Preferred
Tenstreet experience a plus
Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a plus
