Required
Licensed to practice law in California

Strong collaboration skills with internal and external clients
Ability to draft pleadings, correspondences, and communications
Experience in conducting discovery
Skill in negotiating and drafting settlements
Confidence in making court appearances, including trials
Background Investigation clearance prior to being hired
