Empire Airlines is seeking a Spokane Station Maintenance Manager to supervise aircraft maintenance at their GEG facility. The role involves overseeing maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with maintenance standards, and maintaining facility and equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

Supervise Maintenance personnel in accomplishing maintenance, repairs, scheduled checks, and ground handling of the aircraft

Assure parts rooms are kept up to the standards as described in Empire’s manuals

Responsible for maintaining facility and ensuring ground equipment is clean, safe, and in good condition

Responsible to conduct required facility audits as directed by DOM

Ensure that all Maintenance paperwork is accurate, complete, and the required signoffs are properly made

Determine that work is properly accomplished and aircraft airworthiness is determined to be in accordance with established Company policy, manufacturer’s manuals, and FAA requirements

Work closely with Planning, 121 Fleet Maintenance Manager, and 135 Maintenance Managers to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time

Coordinate schedule maintenance with Planning and Technical Records

This position is expected to perform work on the aircraft a minimum of 25% of the week
