Responsibilities
Work with users in a walkup service type environment resolving technical issues ranging from break/fix laptops and PCs, mobile devices, as well as providing user training
Ability to take leadership of escalated issues
Leading projects and tasks as assigned
Provide second level technical support
Providing top notch customer service with the ability to communicate with users to ensure great end user experience
Develop and document training materials and procedures
Assist in managing, maintaining, and updating laptop, mobile device, and other hardware inventory
Ability to work as a team and to perform other duties as assigned
Occasionally provide remote support to users in an emergency type situation
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in related support services
College degree or certifications in related field a plus
Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and team management skills
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
Preferred
Previous role as a technical support analyst or in a similar position
Excellent written and oral communication skills
