Responsibilities

Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service

Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business

Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments

Spend time observing experience staff of the organization to learn about the necessary methods and procedures

Communicate with various members of the organization throughout the company

Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship

Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes

Support managers with various tasks
