Responsibilities

Take charge of daily inspections, repairs, and fine-tuning across our hotel’s plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems—catching small issues before they become big ones

Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, common spaces, and on essential equipment (from refrigerators to ice machines), keeping everything running smoothly for an exceptional guest experience

Handle minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs to ensure our hotel remains both beautiful and fully operational

Jump into action to solve equipment hiccups, leaks, and those mysterious electrical issues—no problem too puzzling!

Tackle emergencies like fire alarms and power outages with cool confidence, always putting guest safety front and center

Move objects over 50 lbs., scale ladders, and power through physically demanding tasks with strength and stamina

Follow OSHA safety guidelines when wielding tools, handling chemicals, and operating machinery—safety first, always!

Keep work areas spotless and safe, with proper storage for tools and hazardous materials to protect everyone
