Healthcare Customer Service Representative

TotalMed is seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join their Home Care Equipment team in a fast-paced, healthcare-support environment. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients requiring essential medical supplies and sleep equipment.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls regarding home medical equipment and supplies
Provide professional and empathetic assistance to patients, primarily in a telephonic capacity
Use computer systems to accurately document patient needs and coordinate equipment services
Assist with showroom sales and support for patients requiring home care items
Navigate insurance and equipment troubleshooting to ensure seamless patient support

Qualification

Required

At least 1 year of relevant experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence
Proficiency with computers and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

High level of punctuality and reliability
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Location: Green Bay, WI (Required)
Work Location: In person
