Responsibilities
Support sales consultants with follow-up, scheduling, and coordination
Greet and assist walk-in clients in the gallery
Answer phones, qualify inquiries, and schedule appointments
Assist with selling and product guidance when designers are unavailable
Gather client needs and project details
Update basic CRM notes and documentation
Help maintain an organized, professional showroom environment
Work primarily weekends, with some weekday shifts as needed
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working with clients in a sales environment
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Confident stepping in to support or sell when needed
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to follow systems, processes, and sales guidelines
Prior experience with Hunter Douglas window treatments is required to qualify for higher pay
