Maintain accurate records of all automotive inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles
Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to track incoming and outgoing stock
Perform regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Manage inventory data in dealership management systems and ensure timely updates
Assist in preparing inventory reports and analysis for management review
Support compliance with manufacturer and regulatory inventory requirements
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in automotive inventory management or related administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
