Senior Accountant
N2Growth is a global executive search and leadership advisory firm that partners with leading organizations to develop leaders. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle, oversee financial operations, and serve as a strategic partner in financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
Complete accounting cycle management: accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and credit card administration
Cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support business planning
Month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliation and preparation of financial statements
Multi-jurisdiction payroll management across the US, India, and Canada
Employee benefits administration in partnership with HR
Sales tax compliance and monitoring across applicable jurisdictions
Federal and state tax management, including quarterly estimated payments, year-end 1099 reporting, payroll tax filings, and income tax preparation support
State tax compliance, including registration management, registered agent coordination, and opening/closing tax accounts as needed
Annual financial modeling to support budgeting and long-term planning
Ad hoc analysis and reporting to answer leadership's toughest questions
Quarterly global license fee reconciliation and billing across our international network
Monthly tools billing for joint venture operations
Review and validation of JV annual reports and tax filings in accordance with Dutch law
Manage international entity and intellectual property filings and dispute resolution
Vendor management, including contract negotiation, setup, and ongoing administration
Employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access provisioning and removal
System training and tech support for internal tools and platforms
Database maintenance for end-of-search metrics and reporting
Collaboration with technical partners to maintain and update the N2Growth internal website
Master cost tracking for all company tools and subscriptions
Qualification
Required
Proven accounting and financial operations experience, ideally in a controller or senior accounting role
Multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional experience, with comfort managing complex international finance operations
Strong organizational skills—you manage competing priorities without dropping balls
Critical thinking ability—you don't just process transactions, you identify patterns, spot risks, and recommend solutions
Analytical capability—you turn data into insight and insight into action
Systems proficiency, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly and provide guidance to others
Detail orientation combined with the ability to see the big picture
Self-direction and ownership mentality—you don't need to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and you do it
