Personal lines assistant account manager
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the personal lines team to meet time-sensitive goals set by Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager
Maintain client activity in the agency automation system and ensure all open suspense items are up to date
Provide timely responses for client-related actions and inquiries
Prepare accurate endorsement quotes, issue endorsements, and follow up to verify completion
Generate evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes
Stay current on coverage options, policy forms, and company rating tools to effectively support Account Managers
Participate in continuing education and training as requested
Provide backup support at the reception desk as needed
Perform other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a Personal Lines insurance agency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active Property and Casualty license
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Preferred
Experience with AMS360 management system
Familiarity with management and quoting systems for the company partners represented by Advocate Brokerage Corp
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools
