The role involves defining and implementing AI governance frameworks, embedding security across the AI/ML lifecycle, and providing guidance on ethical AI and compliance.

Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks and policies
Embed security, risk management, and compliance across the AI/ML lifecycle
Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to business and technology teams
Develop AI security standards aligned with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, CIS, SANS, CSA, and OWASP
Oversee secure AI/ML deployments across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Conduct AI risk assessments, threat modeling, and security testing for generative and predictive models
Support AI security incident response and remediation
Provide guidance on ethical AI, privacy, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in information security, enterprise architecture, or technology governance
Experience implementing governance, risk, and compliance programs for emerging technologies
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management
Experience working with auditors, regulators, and compliance teams
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
Preferred
Strong risk management expertise
Offensive security or red team experience
Background in security engineering, SRE, or systems administration
