ADM is a global leader in human and animal nutrition, seeking a Corporate Communications Intern to collaborate with a global team of communicators. The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, social media, and public relations, while creating engaging content and developing communication strategies.

Responsibilities

Work with ADM’s Global Communications team to craft the company’s narrative for external audiences

Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and messages for company initiatives

Collaborate with the team to optimize the use of communication channels, including social media and press releases

Create internal communication content to highlight business achievements and boost employee engagement

Support storytelling for senior leaders, connecting with both internal and external audiences

Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and business units

Expand your understanding of ADM’s history, strategy, culture, products, and services

Required

Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028

Must have an overall 2.8 GPA

Interns must have their own reliable transportation to and from work

Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations in North America

Successful completion of a background check is required

Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2026

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role

Interest in communications, public relations, or related fields

Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for various communication channels (e.g., social media, press releases, presentations)

Understanding of social media platforms and a desire to create content that aligns with company goals

Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
