Shared on call responsibility
Flexible work hours
Trouble shooting ability
Other duties as assigned
Back up for Mail Room Courier duties

Required

3-5 year's experience in commercial office maintenance
Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, ability to learn or know building automation controls

Understanding of security aspects and importance of why
Shared on call responsibility

Driving record must be in accordance with WSB's Vehicle Safety Policy
