Responsibilities
Assist the Activity Director in planning and running fun, engaging programs
Implement scheduled activities and provide one-on-one visits for bed-bound residents
Help residents with crafts and creative projects
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Support residents’ social, emotional, and spiritual well-being through meaningful interactions
Qualification
Required
A warm, caring personality and a team-player attitude
Creativity and enthusiasm for working with seniors
Preferred
Experience in activities or elder care is a plus, but not required
