Responsibilities
Conducting one-on-one counseling
Assisting with business plans
Advising on financial management
Delivering workshops
Supporting program initiatives tailored to women entrepreneurs
Tracking and capturing key impact performance for work done with the client
Supporting community outreach events by assisting in the set up and break down
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess business performance and recommend effective solutions
Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to assist clients with business planning and strategies
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse audiences
Understanding of Finance, including budgeting and financial planning, to support client business growth
Experience working with underserved communities, especially women entrepreneurs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
Expertise in Quickbooks, bookkeeping, underwriting loans and finance
