They are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to support the execution of energy tax credit syndication transactions, working closely with senior team members and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of energy tax credit syndication transactions from initial analysis through close
Review and interpret project-level financial models and underwriting materials
Prepare polished investor-facing presentations, deal summaries, and transaction materials
Assist with pricing analysis, investor allocation, and closing processes on complex transactions
Conduct targeted research on institutional investors and capital markets activity
Support ongoing investor relationships and external communications

Required

High academic achievement from a rigorous undergraduate program
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfort working with financial models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present professionally to external stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency required

Preferred

1–2 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, project finance, infrastructure, or related analytical roles preferred
Undergraduates graduating in May 2026 considered but must include GPA
