Operations Intern
Texas Instruments (TI) is a global semiconductor company that creates world-changing technologies. They are seeking an Operations Intern to gain hands-on exposure to business systems and methods of operations while contributing to various projects in supply chain and operations.

Responsibilities
Monitoring product support at key manufacturing sites
Performing supply and demand analysis
Analyzing supply strategy and factory optimization
Improving reporting through automation
Applying supply chain and logistics knowledge to reduce costs, assure supply and streamline processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics/MIS, Business Administration or related business field
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
