New GradLa Sierra University is seeking a Biology Student Laboratory Teaching Assistant (TA2) for the Winter 2026 quarter. The TA2 will assist the instructor with laboratory classes, provide instruction, and help with grading and clerical work related to the lab experience.

Responsibilities
Assist the instructor with preparation & operation of laboratory classes whether in-person or virtual
Provide instruction during the laboratory
Assist with grading of laboratory assignments/quizzes and other clerical work related to the laboratory class experience
Work a laboratory section for the full time the class lab runs on both days of the lab time slot
Allow time for set-up, tear-down/clean-up, meetings with the instructor, grading and other operational activities related to the running of the lab
Qualification
Required
Must be a La Sierra University student currently enrolled in the Winter 2026 quarter
Must be able to start work immediately if hired
Must have taken DENT103 within last 3 years and passed with a grade of B or higher or been previous TA2 for this course in last 3 years, or permission of instructor
