The Sales Director will lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's presence in key markets by developing sales strategies and nurturing client relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients
Lead sales conversations from qualification to close, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach
Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, delivery, and leadership — to refine offerings and pitch effectively
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and inform sales planning
Drive pipeline development, sales forecasts, and regular performance reporting
Qualification
Required
A strategic sales leader with a track record of driving revenue and building high-value client relationships
Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on sales execution
A proactive communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Experienced working cross-functionally, especially in technology or professional services environments
