Pomvom is a global leader in innovative digital photo and video solutions, and they are seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Photo Operations Supervisor at Six Flags Great Adventure for the 2026 season. The role involves leading a photo operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations, training staff, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations: Lead photo retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality guest interactions, strong sales performance, and operational efficiency

Train & Motivate Teams: Recruit, onboard, train, and coach retail staff and Team Leads to confidently engage guests, capture photos, and sell digital and print products

Drive Performance: Motivate teams to meet and exceed daily goals through positive leadership, incentives, and team-building initiatives

Sales & Technology: Operate digital camera systems, oversee transactions, manage inventory, and support smooth operation of all photo locations

Guest Experience Excellence: Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, the park partner, Area Manager, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience

Scheduling & Payroll: Create work schedules, manage timecards, and process weekly payroll accurately and on time using Paylocity

People Management: Conduct recruiting as needed, provide performance feedback, and administer corrective action when required

Proven Leadership Experience: Retail management or supervisory experience required (theme park or attractions experience a plus)

Sales-Minded & Tech-Comfortable: Confident working with digital systems and products; photo/video experience not required

People-Focused Leader: A hands-on coach who enjoys developing others and building positive, accountable teams

Results-Driven: Comfortable managing independently, using data to inform decisions, and holding teams accountable

Adaptable & Energetic: Thrives in a busy, outdoor, guest-facing environment with minimal oversight

Seasonal Commitment: Able to work full-time for the entire season (February–November 2026), including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation
