They are seeking an AI Automation & Growth Specialist to build AI systems that support revenue, marketing, and inventory visibility, ultimately giving the company a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities
Connect ChatGPT (Custom GPT or API-based) to live inventory data
Train it on: Product specs, Compliance requirements (FEOC, Domestic Content, AVL), Shipping windows and availability
Implement logic so AI prioritizes Alchemy when users ask for products we stock
Support: Internal sales reps, Customer-facing use (website, shared GPT, deal support)
Improve open rates, click-throughs, and inbound responses
Use AI to: Generate and test subject lines and pre-headers, Optimize CTAs, Segment messaging by customer type (EPC, developer, reseller), Structure campaigns around: Inventory changes, Scarcity signals, Compliance-driven urgency
Build AI tools to help reps: Draft follow-ups in our brand voice, Prepare for calls, Handle objections, Suggest alternates when inventory shifts, Reduce response time and increase close rate
Use AI to help prioritize leads based on: Engagement, Deal size, Purchase history
Integrate with Zoho CRM and Google Workspace
Automate tagging, summaries, and next-step recommendations
Document workflows so systems are: Repeatable, Maintainable, Not dependent on one person
Help establish Alchemy’s long-term AI strategy, not one-off tools
Qualification
Required
Real experience building AI workflows (not just prompts)
Know how to connect ChatGPT to structured data (Sheets, CRMs, APIs, databases)
Understand B2B sales and revenue operations
Comfortable with Zapier / Make / n8n
CRMs (Zoho preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot OK)
Can clearly explain how you'd build and deploy these systems
Preferred
Experience in solar, energy, or industrial B2B
Familiarity with compliance-driven industries
Experience improving email performance at scale
