Pandora is a leading jewelry company seeking a B2B Carrier Analyst to manage and coordinate the movement of goods across the US and Canada. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, resolving logistics issues, and optimizing transportation processes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the transportation of goods by collaborating with various stakeholders, such as warehouses, carriers, and customer relations team. Provide volume forecast for carriers, coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules, track shipments, and maintain communication throughout the process
Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or quality concerns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find timely solutions and minimize disruptions to the supply chain
Quote, route, and coordinate special B2B POSM shipments from and returning to POSM 3PL (LTL/TL/Parcel)
Collect and analyze logistics data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Use this information to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs
Support in contracts and rates negotiation process. Evaluate transportation options, analyze costs, and select the most cost-effective, reliable and sustainable solutions for setting up new lanes
Support AP team to monitor past due and invoice payment issues and work with carrier to find resolution
Support Finance team to review budget and accurately forecast quarterly transportation costs based on historical expenditure
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and logistics best practices. Identify opportunities to enhance logistics operations, streamline processes, and implement new tools to improve efficiency
Key contact for all communication and coordination between Pandora and shipping carriers
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate decisions and metrics
Building strong relationships between all direct and indirect functional departments
Report B2B shipping KPI’s to leadership and internal stakeholders
Support any IT or transportation related initiatives, including managing the carrier network within TMS
Support Omni operations and implementation associated with NAM Ignite and the Phoenix Strategy

Required

3-5+ years experience in transportation and logistics, specifically in commercial a plus
Results oriented and self-directed individual with the ability to work independently or as a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment, with the ability to adapt and strategize to succeed
Relationship building skills that support a working relationship that is effective and transparent between Pandora and our shipping carriers
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills combined with a track record of success in challenging cross-functional environments
Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision
Strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate into actionable conclusions
Demonstrated attitude and demeanor that will support team-oriented work relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills
