Filoli is a renowned 654-acre historic estate seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage its digital channels and drive visitor engagement. The role involves executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining website content, and ensuring consistency across digital platforms to enhance visitation and revenue.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy promotional campaigns and regular communications using Constant Contact

Be the point person for accurate and timely updates across our website using WordPress (BBWP), collaborating with all departments

Execute campaign uploads and manage meticulous tagging and tracking across all digital advertising platforms to ensure accurate reporting of ROAS and ROI

Use Adobe Products (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to quickly create and version digital creative assets for the web and digital ads, ensuring all visuals adhere to brand standards

Partner with the manager to test and optimize performance across all channels

Employ Google Analytics and other tools to gather data on website performance, informing continuous improvement

Ensure our presence across external digital listings (like Google Business Profile) is always accurate and consistent

Required

Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience with digital design, website development, and campaign execution

Strong working knowledge of WordPress (CMS)

Proficiency in Adobe Products (Photoshop is required; Premiere Pro is a plus)

Experience with email platforms (Constant Contact preferred) and web e-commerce development (knowledge of Blackbaud Altru is a plus)

Expertise in setting up campaign tracking, tags, and URLs for Google Analytics

Highly accountable, attentive to detail (especially error rates and broken links), and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks from concept to launch
