Answers telephones and intercom professionally, taking and relaying messages accurately and promptly

Assembles complete medical records for each patient

Provides printed verification of physician consults, including time, date, and personal information

Acts as a communication liaison for patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Greets visitors and answers telephones with a positive attitude while maintaining security and confidentiality for patients
