Responsibilities

Provides leadership and counsel to Xcel Energy management on complex legal, business, legislation, regulation and strategic matters

Prepares contracts, pleadings, briefs and other documents for business transactions or legal proceedings

Represents Xcel Energy in courts, regulatory agencies and other adjudicatory or adversarial proceedings

May serve in a lead role to provide overall practice expertise and direction of attorneys within area of expertise

May act as primary point of contact for business areas
