Leadership Training - Coaching
DTI (Diversified Technology Inc.) is a leading public healthcare system dedicated to delivering comprehensive medical services to the community. The Leadership Development Consultant will be responsible for creating competency frameworks and training modules to enhance leadership capabilities and foster people development within the organization.
Responsibilities
Design and develop training modules: Support the design and development of micro-learning-style training modules related to target competencies and skills. These modules will provide targeted, bite-sized learning opportunities to help employees develop and enhance their capabilities effectively. This includes creation of training module outlines, training content, supporting learner resources or materials, and facilitation materials
Review relevant materials: Examine pertinent documents, reports, and other resources to understand the broader learning offerings to clarify positioning of modules and content development, expanding the learning and leadership development offering and avoiding duplicative content coverage
Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Engage in detailed review with SMEs to gather in-depth insights and feedback to guide module and material development
Validate content: Engage in collaborative review with relevant SMEs and other key stakeholders to validate the module content and materials designed to ensure the frameworks are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the organization's needs and expectations
Assist in custom learning pathways and competency/skill frameworks development: Support, as needed, the development of tailored learning pathways for and competency and skill frameworks that clearly outline the expected skills, behaviors, and expertise for specifically designated roles to promote clarity in learning and advancement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and developing training modules
Ability to create competency and skill frameworks
Experience in conducting interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Strong collaboration skills to validate content with stakeholders
Ability to develop tailored learning pathways
Experience in fostering people development within an organization
Understanding of leadership competencies and training needs
Strong communication skills
Ability to align training modules with organizational strategic goals
