Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams to develop ad-hoc decision-making models based on accounting, regulatory and other financial information

Proposes necessary updates to the established system to better reflect updated information related to new and ongoing strategic initiatives. Documents process and ensures model outputs remain accurate

Queries data, creates analyses, provides analytical support and develops presentations

Gains understanding of regulatory structure and supports regulatory filing processes including but not limited to testimony, regulatory workpapers and exhibits

Suggests and implements process improvements to benefit greater team

Communicates with other departments to gather information about Entergy’s businesses and transactions

Communicates with subject matter experts across the company to better understand the risk of certain projects and / or investments

Works in collaboration with business units to assess industry/market trends, regulatory strategies, and to prepare financial comparative data for use in decision making
