Responsibilities

Provide thought and solution leadership in specific areas of EDI solutions across multiple business models – wholesale, key accounts, and direct-to-customer sales, through in-house warehouses, third-party logistics, or fourth-party logistics

Lead the technical analysis and development of appropriate initiatives and solutions from the EDI solution owner's perspective

Configure solutions, that adhere to quality, and change control protocols to propagate changes across environments

Lead the integration of ERP application ecosystems within the H&H ecosystem, including integration with third-party applications and teams

Work closely with the Group Application Team and extended technical teams to deliver solutions that comply with the existing Group IT portfolio management, Enterprise Architecture principles, and global ways of working

Devise test plans and perform thorough testing to ensure quality solutions are delivered

Provide first-class front-line EDI support for daily challenges and questions from team members and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with Group IT team members to continuously improve ways of working

Take ownership of challenges and be open to feedback or options for improvement

Be willing to change tack or priorities if the need arises to meet urgent market-driven business changes

Rethink the status quo to find better ways of solving current ERP constraints with industry-standard practices

Go beyond technology by providing a consultative approach and actively listening and solving business challenges

Required

Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation

experience with Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, including configuration and troubleshooting of modules tailored to business processes

experience with integrating and optimizing third-party applications using Celigo, SPS Commerce, and True Commerce for seamless ERP and e-commerce solutions

experience analyzing, defining, and implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements between ERP systems and 3PL/VAN/e-commerce platforms

experience creating, developing, and maintaining mapping documents, data transformation rules, and integration workflows to ensure accurate data exchange across systems

experience interpreting Oracle NetSuite dashboard reports and converting them into actionable executive-level business insights and strategic recommendations

experience working within a global enterprise environment, managing ERP support and integration efforts
