Lead end-to-end back-office system implementations
Gather and document business requirements by engaging end users and stakeholders
Manage third-party vendors, integrations, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate UAT, change management, training, and go-live activities
Provide clear status reporting and recommendations to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate what work was done, why decisions were made, and how outcomes were achieved
Experience leading end-to-end back-office system implementations
Ability to gather and document business requirements by engaging end users and stakeholders
Experience managing third-party vendors, integrations, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Experience coordinating UAT, change management, training, and go-live activities
Ability to provide clear status reporting and recommendations to leadership
Comfortable operating between business and technology teams
Ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional environments
